Believe it or not, the phrase “you are what you eat” coined in 1826 didn’t reach popularity until the 1960’s during the Hippie era. Eating represents different things to different people. Learning to choose a sensible diet will not only make you feel better about yourself physically, but psychologically too. And you might even live a much longer life.
