Obesity has hit epidemic proportions in America in every age group! It can cause chronic diseases with severe complications, like Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart disease, Stroke, certain Cancers,(including Breast and Colon), Depression, Osteoarthritis.
How to prevent obesity? There are only 2 items to check off the list daily, weekly, monthly:
✓ Eat right. Be a Sound Biter.
✓ Get moving and keep moving for at least 30 minutes a day. Be a Mover & Shaker.
